I can be found journaling my very vegan vida (life) through photos and blogging since 2003 — the year I discovered veganism. In my early 20s, I was searching for a way to advocate for animals and humans using a skill set I had. I chose to share veganism through my photos and story. I later dedicated my career to my passion of vegan food. I love seeing first-hand the changes towards more sustainable, organic, vegan choices!
I’m an intersectional food justice, animal and human rights advocate as well as a food ingredient know-it-all. You can also find me: challenging the status quo, debunking stereotypes, talking food politics, practicing yoga or power lifting, daydreaming about traveling, and diagnosing medical and social maladies (for fun, mostly kidding). I aspire to good health, laughter, equality for all, love, knowledge, compassion, more tattoos and kale.
